Terms & Conditions

1. For AC Units 100% advance.
2. For Installation 50% advance, 45% before delivery of material and 5% after Completion of work.
3. Delivery approx. 3 to 4 Weeks after Payment.
4. Civil, Carpentry, Electric, Masonry, scaffolding Work under client scope.
5. Core Cutting Will Be Extra as on actual.
6. The Piping we had consider is Approx. will be as on Actual Measurement.
7. All the site meetings will be attended by Supervisors, Engineers, and Project managers.
8. Project duration considered is 90 Days from the day our work starts, after 90 days escalation charges will be applicable as per the market rate per month.
